Hire Rates

Our minimum hire period is 5 hours including set up and clear down time. Our Terms & Conditions for Booking and Hire must be complied with fully as supplied upon a booking request being made. A £100 non-refundable booking deposit must be paid asap to secure a booking once hire charges have been agreed. This will be refunded within two weeks after hire, subject to no further charges for the event. The full hire charges must be paid at least 3 weeks in advance of the event date.

Our normal rates are from £75 per hour for the use of both the Main and Dining Halls, Front Foyer and Washrooms. On site Caretaker charges are included as is the use of our stage, tables and chairs. Halls setup and cleaning after an event are not included – see details below.

Our Kitchen is available for warming and serving food at a charge of £45 per hour. Cooking of food in the kitchen is permitted and additional charges may apply. Hire charges do not include cleaning of the kitchen after use, as this must be done by the Caterer. All leftover food must be taken away by the Hirer or the Caterer. Extra charges will be made for leftover food disposal.

Additional charges apply for the use of our Sound Systems, Stage Lighting, Decor/Up-lights hire, Audio/Visual displays, etc. Additional services like halls setup, cleaning at end, security, parking attendant, serving staff, etc. can all be provided at an extra charge.
